When you hear the LORD say change something. Change it immediately. Because as you change it He's changing something on your behalf. I clearly heard the Lord say you need to change your Board of Directors.
Transformation is not always easy but it's worth it. It will pay off for you in the future.

reminds me of the parable which speaks of emptying the jar and allowing something else to take the pace of previous content.
